Nobles properties Real Estate Investment Company revealed the launch of the new phase of its project Al Shahd City, which are modern and environmentally friendly villas in the Jordanian real estate market with international specifications and competitive prices.

The executive director of the company engineer Wael Qassem said that the project is considered one of the most pioneering projects in the Middle East, where the company took into account during the design and implementation process that the villas are built to be environmentally friendly and must-have modern designs that rely on renewable energy. Qassem also indicated that the company launched the project in the real estate market at a competitive price with a comfortable installment system, as Nobles gave the customer the option of installments for up to three years without any increase in price, and the option of installments for up to 15 years through the financial leasing system, in addition to an exemption of the registration fee (9%)

The company is currently preparing to launch the sale for the second phase of its lands after its success in selling more than 70% of the first phase within a short period.
