Omar AyeshChairman & CEO

Omar Ayesh is a Canadian business magnate, investor, and philanthropist who serves as the Chairman of Nobles Holding, a company with interests in technology startups, the automotive sector, financial services and real estate investment and development. He established one of the Middle East’s first regional car dealerships in the 1990s under the AlAndalus brand.

He also founded and grew one of the Arabian Gulf’s leading real estate companies, Tameer, into a $5 billion developer which received the UAE’s Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Award. Ayesh also received the Arabian Business Best CEO Property Development Middle East Award as well as the Ernst & Young Middle East Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

His philanthropic interests include micro-finance, scholarships, healthcare for the underprivileged as well as housing and refugee assistance.

Ahmad AbuljobainChief Operating Officer

Ahmad Abuljobain is responsible for the group’s operational and commercial activities. A senior executive with three decades’ experience, he has worked throughout the United States of America and the Arabian Gulf.

Ahmad was Chief Operating Officer of the Tiger Group’s Dubai property brokerage business unit managing sales, marketing, and customer care as well as finance and human resources. Prior to that, he was Chief Commercial Officer at SNASCO real estate; and Chief Marketing Officer at Tameer Holding Investments.

Prior to 2005, Ahmad worked with Leo Burnett, a multinational marketing services group of companies based in Chicago with offices throughout the Middle East.
